Terms of Service

DevriQ Tools is a free online utility platform operated by DevriQ Agency. We provide web-based tools for document processing, image manipulation, developer utilities, AI assistance, and more. The platform is offered free of charge and without requiring registration.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Platform to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our tools, UI, or AI-generated outputs at scale for commercial redistribution without permission.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to mass-request our API endpoints or tools.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, content filters, or rate limiters.
• Upload or process content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated outputs (grammar checks, essays, summaries) may contain errors. Always review AI outputs before use.
• No Financial/Legal Advice: Calculator results (EMI, salary, GST) are approximate and informational only. Consult qualified professionals for decisions.
• Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or experience downtime.
• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevriQ's total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR ₹0 (as the service is free of charge).

All content, code, and design on the Platform — including tool UI, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of DevriQ Agency unless otherwise stated.

• You may use the Platform's outputs (processed files, generated text) freely for personal and commercial purposes.
• You may NOT claim ownership of the Platform itself, its tools, or its codebase.
• Third-party libraries used by our tools remain under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party APIs (e.g., Google Gemini, Supabase). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the entire Platform at any time without notice.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• We reserve the right to restrict access for any user who violates these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
